We customize a 60-day transition plan with detailed tasks and benchmarks and minimal disruptions for staff.

Your project manager will have regular meetings with facility staff to guide you through each step, from gathering data, electronic health records testing and implementation, ordering medication carts and equipment and scheduling in-services, through med passes to go-live.

We’ll host weekly information meetings with residents, family and staff to help them understand changes and new procedures.

Ongoing customer service with our consultant pharmacist, pharmacy management, nursing staff and technicians includes weekly visits to load medications into new med carts.
