Clinical
Our team of pharmacists works to ensure the safest, most effective medication deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of care at the lowest cost possible.
Our clinical pharmacists help manage all residents’ care from admission to discharge, including resident drug regimen, history and physical information; physician authorization letters; and formulary review/management. We perform formulary reviews and evaluate possible therapeutic interchange, as well as check orders for appropriate dosing frequency, potential drug interactions and duplicate therapies. You review the recommendations and transmit the final order to the pharmacy.
- Our consultant pharmacist provides customized reports, strategies and in-service education, including MRR, iMRRs, QAPI, antibiotic stewardship and medication review, to minimize errors and cost.
We help ensure compliance with policies, Department of Health regulations and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services payment models.
We offer IV services, including an IV isolator and supplies (tubing, flushes, pumps, etc.) for IV therapy deliveries. IV Care Plan and PICC US nursing support is available for safety and accuracy administration, as well as compounding (three days/week).
Emergency services available with our 24/7 on-call pharmacist.
